Sylvan Uptown
Vision
We will collaborate with Prospect Hill Group and the staff onsite to capture each space in the best light and show the unique layouts, amenities and neighborhood location of Sylvan Uptown.
Production
After a walkthrough of the property we will collaborate to develop a shot list that covers the interior and exterior amenities and features of Sylvan Uptown. Utilizing three full days of photography we will capture each space at the best time of day. A mix of daylight and dusk exterior images will show the urban location and vibrant area of Uptown Denver. The interior images will be focused on showing the spacious layout of the residential units as well as the well designed community common areas. We can utilize staff of the property as well as some local models to show the space in use. Three days of photography will provide us the time to complete a large scale production of 30-40 interior and exterior images.
Post-Production
For a production of 3 full days, completing 30-40 interior and exterior images we will work to complete initial post-production within 3 weeks. Upon completion of the initial round of post production we will delivery a review gallery to Prospect Hill Group. This gallery will allow PHG to request additIonal edits, review the angles and work completed and make final selections on images to be licensed.
