From large complexes and high rises to smaller units, multifamily properties span the spectrum. We work to highlight the amenities and lifestyle of a property. This includes areas such as common areas, pools, gyms, residential units, and locations surrounding the property. Photographing multifamily properties is always a great time as there are so many different ways that we can capture these unique spaces. Whether we are mixing architectural images with some that lean towards lifestyle or focusing on the details that really make a property standout, we enjoy showcasing these properties and all that they have to offer. Capturing function and intent of a space as well as the environment is something that we work hard to achieve. We have learned that working with models or residents can really bring the space to life. Showcasing residents interacting with each other, participating in community events, or enjoying shared amenities and spaces is a great way to create strong and impactful visuals to the story of the property. Also adding the element of aerial photography utilizing a drone can capture the location and surroundings of multifamily developments, highlighting nearby attractions, green spaces, transportation options, and urban amenities. This helps prospective residents visualize the convenience and accessibility of the location, as well as the opportunities for recreation, entertainment, and cultural experiences nearby.
