Best Practices - Corporate Environments

We love photographing offices. From large corporate buildings to small boutique offices, tech firms to some of our own client’s offices, we have done them all. It is always fasciniating to see the newest trends in office and workplace designs. We try to focus on the elements that make the space different or unique. Whether it is a board room or a collaboration area, paying attention to details and the design will produce some great images.

A modern conference room with a long wooden table, beige chairs, a glass wall with a city view, and a decorative light fixture above the table.
During a walkthrough of the space is a great time to meet with the tenant and their facilities people to go over our plan. The more communication we have the more comfortable they will be with letting us photograph the space.
When working with the tenant it is always important to adjust to their schedule. Do they mind if we are in the space during office hours or would they prefer us to photograph over a weekend? Are there areas that are sensitive and should not be photographed? Another element is to make sure we have access to the lighting in the space. This is important for interiors and also exteriors.
