One of the best parts of our work is being able to see some amazing projects and learning about them from the project architects and the amazing folks who work at the project. When HDR reached out for photography of one of their new government works building at the NREL facility we were so excited. The work that the folks at NREL do is fascinating and we knew that the design HDR provided would be stellar. We did an initial walkthrough of the space to begin planning the shot list and were lucky to have the building supervisor give us a full behind the scenes tour. HDR did such an amazing job of designing a highly functional space that fits in the environment and is a nod to the work that NREL does. We will be going back out this winter to photograph in building during winter and capture a few additional interiors. This was one of our favorite projects of the past year. Stay tuned for more!
